Hollywood Acting comes to Tokyo

Premier Hollywood Acting coach, Bernard Hiller, is providing a once in a lifetime experience to give his renowned Acting Intensive Masterclass – in TOKYO!

This class is for actors and artists interested in having an international career. Learn the latest film acting techniques. Discover how to overcome all your blocks and fears.

Bernard’s revolutionary acting methods have helped actors achieve successful careers in Hollywood and around the world. Among his students are celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Lindsay Lohan and Jeff Goldblum and his recent students have landed roles on American Gods, Mad Men, The Americans, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (video game) and the Oscar winning film Anora, after training with Bernard.

This special three day Masterclass consists of movement exercise, emotional and performance work, acting- and success coaching and scene work (for selected participants only).

The best actors from this class will be selected to attend the upcoming LA International Masterclass, where they will meet the elite of the Hollywood industry.

How to Book

There is an application process and to participate in scene work an interview is required.

The class is open to ACTORS and ARTISTS (musicians, models, presenters, dancers…) who want to elevate their performance to the highest standard, required for a successful, international career!

The class is held in English with Japanese translation provided.

ELFS Japan is a partner organisation in hosting this event, but the class will be held in a separate location.

About Bernard

Bernardo Hiller was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, lived in Germany, then moved to New York City when he was young. He started his career as an actor, singer, and dancer, touring in Broadway musicals in the US and European Opera Houses.

Bernard trains Oscar, Emmy, Tony, and Grammy winners through his revolutionary film acting and success methods, which have also taken the business world by storm. He has started the careers of many well-known television and film actors worldwide, including Cameron Diaz. He has coached Jeff Goldblum, Lindsay Lohan, LL Cool J, Jamie Dornan, Vanessa Hudgens, Lionel Richie, A.R. Rahman, Evan Peters, Shira Haas, Milena Smit, Suki Waterhouse, Fernando Cayo, Emma Roberts, Tyga, Billy Crystal, Michael Bolton, Drumma Boy, Cory Henry, Emilio Rivera, and Chace Crawford – to name only a few. One of Bernard’s actresses was one of the leads in the Oscar-winning movie, “Anora” – winner of 5 Academy Awards.

His unique techniques have been featured on television shows and in magazines all over the world. Bernard has written on how to succeed in Hollywood and Life. In the last few years, he has also been interviewed about who was going to win in the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. He has also been a jury member at many film festivals around the world.

Bernard also coaches on movie sets and repeatedly gives his sold-out acting Masterclasses all over the world. He has taught in over 26 countries to date. Al Pacino, Baz Luhrmann, Peter Farrelly, and Bryan Cranston – amongst many others – have spoken at his Masterclasses. Bernard has also trained ballet dancers and opera singers in New York, London, Monaco, and Venice. Bernard held a special workshop, in Tel Aviv, at the Shimon Peres Peace Center for Palestinians and Israelis.
